I always forget that my Blogger posts are emailing into my Xanga blog and messing up all the mojo. I turned it off again. So how YOU doin’? I’m alright. You alright? Good.

I went to a party at Bruce Sterling‘s house last night. I really wanted to mow Bruce’s lawn for him. But it was dark, and there were people in the way.

Oh, and the other night I met Ted Rheingold, founder of Dogster.com. If you have a dog, I highly recommend the service. Even if you don’t its fun to look at all those doggies. Be sure to check out the “I Like It Ruff Advice Column.” Good stuff.

Salon.com News | Howard Stern’s schwing voters: “Howard Stern and his burgeoning crusade to drive Republicans from the White House are shaping up as a colossal media headache for the GOP, and one they never saw coming.”

So I finally made it to Austin yesterday and hung out with people last night. John Stamos is here in my hotel for a movie he did that sounds cool. I had dinner with the amazing Molly.com last night and drinks with many others. There was even billiards and whiskey at a bar called the Red Eye Fly. It was good stuff. Okay, so now I need some coffee and to the conference.

I’m not in Austin. I’m still in San Francisco. The plane we were supposed to fly on broke and the last minute plane changing did not work out. So tomorrow I wake up at 4 a.m. and go back to SFO. And it’s not even a direct flight. Nice. But, tomorrow I will be in Austin. See you there. –

Swiss Army USB. Cool! “It was bound to happen. Given that you can buy a Victorinox Swiss Army Knive with just about every gadget known to man, from horse-hoof awl to Hubble Space Telescope lens polisher, it’s no real surprise that the company – in association with flash memory outfit Swissbit – is now offering cutting tools plus USB flash memory stick. The gadget will be unleashed on an incredulous world at CeBIT next week.”
